when a white employee's is given a pass ,counseled or relocated for the same act of a African black male, and the black male is terminated can it be considered as unlawful discrimination been that the equal employment act states that all employees should

several white employees often have complaints brought against them for sexual harassment and other reasons and they are moved along or relocated then when a black male is accused he is terminated.. the same with hiring the white guy has a criminal record and get hired the black person has one and need to justify his action and never hired these are two examples. I reviewed a the Wisconsin case very simpler.
