'what if i am asked to wk past my scheduled shift, but i cant?'
can i be fired if i didnt finish everything i was supposed to do by the end of my shift ,through no fault of my own or the company, if i still left at the time i was scheduled? i had a personal obligation that i had to attend to after wk and i informed my employer at the begining on my shift that i could not stay late that day. i HAD to leave at 6. mind u, i hav nver left before finishing everthing i am supposed to do. even if that means staying late, between 30 mins and an hour, everyday.
