we are a trucking company in NJ and we have owner operators working for us can we deduct monies from them and put in an escrow account to cover any claims they may incur if they resign or are terminated
we are a trucking company in NJ and we have owner operators working for us, can we legally deduct monies from them ,mandatory , and put in an escrow account for them to cover any claims they may incur if they resign, or are terminated from our service . customers have up to 9 months to file a claim .
