wasn't I fired by statement of: if you can tattle on staff member, then you better find another job

During meeting with boss, he said "if you can't be a tattle tale and call me when someone is not doing their job, then you should look for another job. I told him I could not be a tattle tail since everyone here were adults and they were given their orders or assignments from him and not me.
He then told entire staff that I would not be a tattle tale and told me that I should look for another job since I would not tattle. I strongly feel he 'fired' me but in a more suttle way. He at least threatened me.
I am still in Physical Therapy and he ignores me. Then he calls me during PT and asked the status of something and hangs up. Again, don't you think I am elible for unemployment?

Unemployment is for People Who've Lost Jobs

While I hear you describing a bad manager, that does not make you eligible for unemployment.
