voluntary layoffs in Michigan
My company is a car manufacturer supplier. They are accepting voluntary layoffs. However, they won't let my position in the company along with 2 other positions take voluntary layoff and have us cleaning the plant. Can they refuse us voluntary layoff while others get to be laid off?
