the business that i have worked with for nearly ten years is selling to new owners who do not want to keep management (me). Can i collect unemployment now or do i wait till they lay me off?
i have been a manager at the hotel i work at for 9 years. they owners are selling and the new owners said they do not want to keep management because they are bringing in their own. Can i collect now? or do i have to wait till they inevitably fire/let me go??? HELP?!
