should i lose out on vacation pay because my employer decied to change the way they calculate time
For the last 11 years I have got my vacation time on my anniversary....As of 1/1/16 my employer changed this to accrued time. Now I was due to get my 3 weeks 10/23/15 they told me because they were changing to accrued I wouldn't get my vacation time ....this doesn't sound right to me !!
