severance if an alternative position is offered with no opportunity to meet with new boss and team..
My positioned is being eliminated as a part of a major restructuring and I'm being offer severance package - there is also an option for a similar posiiton in another part of the company - I'm being told I need to make a decision of accepting the new position OR the severance without the benefit/opportunity of speaking to the indiviail that would be my new boss nor to speak with the business leaders who would be my internal
