payweek is thursday to wednesday. if an employee physically works 41 hours and has a holiday making his total hours 49 do they get paid one hour overtime or does the holiday take away ot pay? and its an hourly employee
trying to determine if we have to pay our employees overtime in a week with a holiday . we know the 8 hours for holiday is not at overtime rate but if they have over 40 hours worked in addition to 8 hours holiday.
