our company is changing its PTO policy. Is it legal to take our acrued sick time over the years, and tell us we can't use it for ourself now, it has to be used for a family member leave of absense. This seems wrong
I have aquired quite a number of sick days over a ten year span. I save it for emergencies. But under the new policy, I will not be able to use this for myself. Only new acrewed time. Is this legal
