need help what do I need to do?
My daughter was assaulted at work tonight by the owner /boss of her place of employment. She was talked to like she was trash she had her leg slammed in the front door and she never even got paid. We filed a police report but because she left and drove to the police dept they didn't arrested the owner who was intoxicated at the time of the incident and when police arrived. the police took pictures of the brusies on my daughter's leg and she has audio due to this was not the first time this has happened and I told her to make sure the next time something happens to record it. So is there anything I can do or does he just get away with this? Also he does have a criminal record and she is a minor.
