my wife is on FMLA and her supervisor everyday is texting her and saying how others can't take off because she's "not at work". She's continued to ask when she'll be back and she's needing her back asap. Non stop texting throughout the day of what, how, when questions of return or requesting updates. She's unable to rest, feel comfortable due to the constant harassment. The stress of her supervisor calling, texting during her time she paid into for her surgery that allows her time to recover and utilize as long as it takes. I feel it's harassment and should stop and it's not her problem what is going on back at the office "crisis" and they will have to deal with it until she returns.
