my boss is offering me a mutual agreement of speration with severance. There is another employee that accused me of discrimination and setting her up to fail. this is the second time she has does this. This time they are saying that the outcome will not b

She accused me of this last year and they did not find any evidence to back her up. She was on the verge of losing her job again this year and once again pointed the finger at me and another guy at work. This time they are saying they have evidence to back her up and the outcome will not be in my favor. Frankly, I'm not sure what evidence since I have done nothing to set her up as she claims. They want an answer tomorrow on the voluntary severence. If I take it does it keep me from getting unemployment after the severance is up?
