is a non compete agreement valid in mississippi after i been employed there for 4 years
i was given a non compete agreement to sign and i told my employer that i was getting my attorney to look over it before i signed it and not to come back to work until i signed it. ive been employed there 4 years. if i signed it would it be valid ? please advise
