if you have vacation left and your employer is closing the office 3 days a month due to low patient volume can they make you use your vacation or can you take it unpaid
I have a week of vacation left that im using for a scheduled vacation at christmas this has been approved by my employer since july recently we have had low patient count so he decided he was going to close the office 3 days a month with this being said he told us that we had to use our vacation time when the office is closed.... cant i take this unpaid also no one else had vacation to use they all used there vacation already on how they wanted to but since im the only one with vacation left im being told i have to use it. Our vacation doesnt even roll over
