if worked 37.5 & have ^ hours of vaction. Can they deduct 6 hours worked hours so u wont go over 40

They have to pay you for all the hours you worked. But they don't have to let you take vacation so that you have more than 40 hours of pay. But then you would still have that vacation time to take at another time.
