i was recently hired and worked for 2 weeks and my job terminated me. i was diagnosed with sepsis (blood poisoning) and terminated because i needed time off to recover as per dr it would take almost 3 weeks to recover. was i wrongfully terminated?
i was admitted in hospital 5/25/2018 and i was terminated 5/25/2018. i have letter of separation. as i was recovering i had to build my strength back. dr said i would be out for 3 weeks.
