i gave my boss a text message two week notice if i was not provided with the hours i deserved and have always remained, two days later i retracted my two week notice (verbally) and via text message to both of my bosses. told them i will accept the hours they have provided me with now. the day the schedule was planning to posted, i was not on it and i was told by another employee (not either of my bosses) that its my last night when originally my last day should have been the following day after the schedule was posted but they did not want me on the next week schedule due to payroll starting a new week, my retraction of my resignation was never accepted after i told my bosses numerous times (verbally) i do not want to quit and i even verbally said this two days after i initially text message my resignation , my resignation wasn't accepted via text message until the next day after the schedule was posted (on a sunday when my other employee who makes the schedule said it was my last night when i told my other co worker i retracted my resignation numerous times to both bosses and if they want to accept it then i feel my bosses need to tell me that and not my co worker- my bosses on monday, the following day, via text message that they accept my resignation-even though i was not told this on sunday the day prior and was clearly not on the schedule for monday) i understand they can fire me after i resign and not accept my retraction but my two week period was not completed. my question is was i technically dismissed? how can they accept my resignation if my two week period of notice wasn't brought to term. doesn't that mean i was dismissed after resignation and retracting my resignation, which is legal. but was i dismissed?

Nepotism is also a factor in this matter because my co worker makes the schedule for all employees and two for her family members are the ones she makes the schedule for, so my co worker favors her family members and gives them more and better hours.
