greedy loan officer

I recently got a job as a loan processor for an independent loan officer, I have been there 7 weeks and during that time she has bought homes for herself using other peoples names, created phony documents to meet conditions from Lenders. (phony business licenses, erasing child support owed amounts, changing amounts owed on current mortgages etc..) The broker she is using does not know what is going on and he is the responisible party, to make a long story short, she has not paid me yet and refuses to pay me, where do I go to make a complaint so I can get my pay? This is an evil greedy woman who doesnt give a crap about anyone but herself, all I want is my pay so I can pay my bills.

re: greedy

if all you truly want is your pay, you can go to the labor board (dept. of labor standards enforcement, in the state pages of your phonebook).
if you want to stop what's going on, document what you say is happening (that means copies of phony documents), package it up and deliver it to the lender, with a letter of complaint. if that gets no results, you can complain to the california dept. of real estate. if you get fired, you have a claim, but it's unlikely ms. greedy has any money that hasn't been protected from execution. you also can complain at the dlse if you are retaliated against (fired) for your complaint about your pay.
good luck
