do i have any legal recourse against the university for emotional distress?

I work at a University as a housekeeper in an apartment complex. I am THE housekeeper in a 112 apartment unit. I recently reported suspicious activity to my supervisor who reported it to the campus police department, they assured me it would remain anonymous. They found over a pound of marijuana, over 7 grams of heroin, paraphinalia digital scales and a loaded unregistered hand gun and arrested the young man and his girlfriend. DCFS took custody of their toddler. After the arrest my supervisor introduced me and my husband who also works at the university to the officers, who showed us the drugs and thanked me. We discussed how hard this was for me to do and they again assured us they would keep it anonymous. I try to speak to most everyone I see come into my building. And have noticed an unusual number of people coming and going out of this apartment. My husband and I even and witnessed a sale in the parking lot right next to our parked car. The university owned newspaper reported on their front page highlighted in yellow that it was a housekeeper who alerted police. Since I am THE housekeeper for this building I feel they might just as well have printed my name. I no longer feel safe, the doctor prescribed lorazepam to help me stop crying and has doubled my paxil. He suggested i see a therapist and I am presently seeing one that is going to be trying EMDR. I am now on FMLA and have been off for 4 weeks
with no pay. I feel it may never be safe to go back. What were they thinking? couldn't they just have said anonoymous.

I believe this has caused the following through their negligence:
1) emotional distress
2) depression
3) loss of wages
4) anxiety
5) unsafe work enviroment / risk of danger
6) trauma
