civil suit for forced retirment, slander and loss of employment and pension.

I worked for a large well known company for over 5 and half years, for 4 plus years I was one of the top agents, and always made the goals they set to us in order to keep our income from decreasing. the last year I was of the job a new manager came in and began making my work and personal life very difficult. (much more) I sent a complaint to HR after he had written me up for something I came to him for help in regards to another employee. He then proceeded to single me out and treat me with little to know respect. after I won a contest work held he canceled my prize and said because of a write that he know was not only wrong but false information. HR saw me for discussion and understand the issue they told me they would take care of this problem and see to it that we can fix this, she said it would take several months but she will not ignore the problem. I was so also very busy with family and a son with mental issues that made things even harder to handle at work. The entire office had an issue with the managers lack of leadership and office procedure. then just before the new year they fired the manager and brought one in from another branch. I assumed this was how the issue was being handled since months passed and HR never returned my call or followed up with me. but when I received to me e-mail two certificates addressed to my e-mail address I assumed these were to replace the prize the previous manager took from me. then about a month or more later one of the v.p. assistant came in and called me and the current manager to conference. neither of us new what it was regarding. the assistant asked if I received certificates that were used or know about them. I said I did get two and was not clear why I searched thru all active files to be sure this was not a mistake. but then I thought since vendor would never said things like this to me an agent instead of a client and no names were on certificates and sent to my addressed I assumed it was a replacement to me. when she told me that they belonged to client I was more than embarrassed and surprised. I explained the mistake and let her know I will give back the value today. they told me not to do this and to take an admin. leave until they researched. I was not to call client or office. I did however call the vendor and replace what I accidently thought was mine and had it sent to the assistant. I sent follow e-mail to my manager to assistant to discuss more or give any more information to their research, but no call back. I let HR know and she said she would follow up with me...no call. after no communication for 5 days on a Friday the assistant told me they have decided that after her research they are not going to continue my employment. I asked what findings and research was done to come to this? but she did not answer and I demanded they take an old request of my earlier retirement because there are no ground here for termination and I have not been given a proper time to hear and be heard. this has caused me much grieve since at my age it is impossible to start over, they did not discuss my exist nor did they sign off paper work for end of employment and the assistant falsie dated one document. not there is much more that this employer did not do and things they wrongfully have done. but just recently I heard from another employee that the talk within the office is that I was fired for stealing. I live and work within 2 miles from this office, it is below my gym and next to my grocery and bank. I would like to know if there is a civil attorney to discuss completely with and my case and see if I can take this company management for slander, sharing confidential information with others, and being forced into early retirement without cause or care for explanation of benefits and loss of 5 years more of pension and employment.
