Distance radius from which office?
my Home base office has been at location "A" (Kalamazoo) for 2 years. Then my supervisor transferred me to location "B" (Grand Rapids) against my strong preference about 3 months ago. (its an hour commute!). Now, I have been given an offer at a competing company in location C (battle Creek) for the same type of work, but it is more than the required 50 mile radius from my current "location B" Grand Rapids office, but NOT more than 50 miles from the original location A. Do I have a leg to stand on if I accept the new offer?
