can you sue for hostile work environment?
ive been workers for the same company two years and yesterday they told me my pay is going down because my spot has been filled, it was already filled when I started two years ago, the whole time working there I get singled out mistreated and talked down to because I don't participate in the sexual comments that the bosses say with there employees. I've been to HR supervisor and it only gets worse, its at the point I cant sleep night or even eat through out the day at work because I am so stressed out, what can I do?
