can an employer make you wait 5 years to apply for there job.
i have a cdl class b licence. and a year ago i failed a dot drug test. now i applyed for a new job and they say i have to wait five years before i can apply for that job. i went to a SAP and she refered me to a 4 hour class and it would be off my record. but they said that dont matter. is that right?
