Write up caused by poor working condtions not stated in job description

I received a write up for poor performance after working for a company for one month. In the one month that I have worked there, the first two weeks training was occasionally provided in an office environment but work was performed in a warehouse office that provided no heat and no overhead lighting. The temperature in the work area for the first week and a half was between 40-60 degrees and resulted in illness that required medical attention. After the initial two weeks I was moved inside and continued training while trying to recover from my illness. The illness caused by poor working conditions of the first two weeks made it difficult to perform my job duties. What recourse do I have?
