Would I have a lawsuit if my wife has been reprimanded for my actions and she had no involvement in?

I recently had to remove all my children from their school and place them in a different school due to problems with the principal. I wrote a letter to the corporate offices regarding the reason I was forced to remove my children and described the situation to them regarding the principal. My wife works at the school for a subcontracted company and was pulled into the principals office and reassured that she does great at her job and that the 2 instances would remain seperate. A few weeks later I was asked to help with an activity at the school and my wife received an email asking her to tell me that since I have no children at the school that my services were not need and that "I can't have him in the building anymore". I then sent another email to the corporate offices and my wife comes home 2 days later and she was contacted by her boss and her bosses boss saying that the principal wanted her to sign a paper stating that no friends or family member were allowed in the building to help her. They also stated that the principal did not even want my wife in the building anymore. I would like to know if I have grounds for a lawsuit? Thank you in advance!!!
