Worked as a hvac tech
Worked as a hvac tech for pearl river resort casino was approved for gaming license 2016. Worked there over a year and a half. Left job on good terms reapplied for job 2 months later. Federal gaming commission has now denied gaming license due to felony that they knew was on record for them in April of 2016. Now they have denied me for gaming license bc of the felony on record that had been adjudicated
