Will somebody help file an Unfair Labor Practice with the Ohio State Employees Relations Board?

Last month my Union distributed our new contract. The terms and conditions surrounding work hours are significantly different than what the Union Membership voted on. I am not the only person who feels this way.
I'd like to hold the union accountable for their misrepresentations. The changes to the contract we voted on are in writing. This contract is between a state agency and a union.
I'm also not opposed to a civil suit since I believe damages may exist.
