Will I still be eligible to receive my severance pay if I except employment from another company with no affiliation

Can I still receive a biweekly severance pay if I accept employment from a company that is not affiliated with the company that is paying me the severance pay?

It depends on the terms of the severance agreement you signed. If the agreement is silent on the subject, there is no legal restriction against receiving severance while working for another company.
