Will I qualify for FMLA if I go out on Maternity Leave 3-weeks prior to my 12-month anniversary date

I began working for my current employer on February 23, 2011. I just found out I was pregnant and my due date is February 1, 2012. This is 23-days prior to the 12-month requirement for FMLA eligibility (I would be eligible under the 1250-hours & 75-mile radious requirements). If I would have been eligible for FMLA on 02/23/12, will I still be eligible on that date even if my Maternity leave begins a couple weeks prior to my 12-month hire date?? Would I still receive the 12-weeks of FMLA leave minus the time time already taken????
