When I started my job last June I was given 10 days of vacation to use (which would renew after a year of employment) I used 5 days in Febreuary, however in March the vacation policy was changed to be from January 1st to January 1st. I was told that since
The policy was changed in March of this year, which made it impossible for me to know that I would lose all of my vacation time for the previous year which I was saving up and already be half way through my vacation time for this year.
