What should be the rule when a company has locations in different states and accrued vacation

is in question? I work for a company headquarter based in Cincinatti, Ohio and I worked out of Baltimore, Maryland. They refused to pay me vacation pay but have admitted that accrude vacation was payed out before to other employees from the company in another state where accrude vacation was required to be payed out by their state law. Should this give me any right to fight for my accrude vacation since other employee from the same company have their accrude vacation payed out? Thank you so much for your respond.
