What recourse do I have for false/unfounded HIPAA violation accusations if it caused me to be fired?

I was falsely accused of violating HIPAA and was terminated, but the "complainant" nor
company filed any report. The company also failed to provide any evidence to unemployment to prove misconduct so my unemployment claim was approved. Do I have any recourse against the company or the false accuser?
