What penalties could my employer face for breaking federal temp laws?

My employer in PA considers me a temporary worker, but I have worked here for more than two years consecutively, which violates federal temp laws. What would the penalties be for them violating this? My pay stubs verify that I started working here in July of 2018, and have been working here ever since (it is August of 2020 now). I work at an office with less than 15 people, and truly enjoy it here, but I recently asked for vacation time (as I rightly deserve) and they will not grant it to me due to me being a "temporary employee". I am only 20, and I feel like they're taking advantage of me not having enough knowledge on this. Any help would be appreciated.
