What options/rights do I have with continued harassment through my FMLA due to PTSD?

I was placed on FMLA by my therapist and my doctor due to PTSD related issues. It specifically stated certain tasks that I would not be able to handle in addition to limited hours. My HR department made it very clear that I was not to work outside these hours. My direct supervisor kept harrassing me to work outside these hours. Demanded the work. In addition to ignoring the specifics that my therapist said i needed to avoid at all cost. The final straw came when it was after my work hours and an issue occurred on a friday that they had to wait until Monday to get answers to it. Luckily I had happened to check my email and gotten the situation resolved but I got repremanded for not communicating over the weekend even though i was not to do any work outside my hours that my doc had recommended. They then had me work that monday well past the time and when I asked to leave because my meds were wearing off they told me to take more meds and stick around. Given the level of harrassment I convinced my doc to take me off of FMLA and now they are riding me even more. Is there anything that I can do as this is triggering my PTSD badly. In addition they have given me in writing that if I try and even talk with my husband they will terminate my employment regardless of if it effects my work. Thank you!
