What do I do?

Today, I was accused of conducting myself in an unethical manner in the workplace. Two women made a complaint about me sometime over the past week or two. I have worked along side both of these employees my entire career and recently have been put in an acting supervisory role on a new shift. Since being in a similar role on a different shift, 1st shift employees have been throwing daggers. So, management placed me on 1st shift to make sure I could work as these same people's boss that have been throwing daggers at me. So, one of the persons that has accused me, has had at least two other cases where other employees have been terminated for sexual harassment thanks to her. The other was recently written-up due to being insubordinate to me. Both of these individuals have had a history of not being good employees. I am on administrative leave until further investigation. I don't know what to do.
