What can a do about being falsely accused of sexual harrassment and being terminated

I have worked for this company for 11 years with no problems. Then about 3 weeks ago I am terminated for sexual harassment that was not true. When the GM called me in the front office about is he asked me about it and I told him I have no ideal what he is talking about. There was 4 other people around when is happened maybe he should ask them about it so he did. He said the other employees told him that I did nothing wrong. And he didn't think I did anything wrong but he talked to the owner and the owner wanted to terminate me over this. And they also talk to the plant manager and threaten his job if he didn't terminate me. I also found out that now that I gone the employee that falsely accused me is leaving the company for another job. I believe all this happened because there was a talk about me taking over the GM position and I didn't want it. and the employee that started this wanted that position or wanted the position for her friend. Is there anything that I can do about this in Indiana
