What can I do to get comensated for vacation time accrued and discrimination charges agaist my forme

. Thank You.I was terminated in Az. I was employed 15 years same grocery store. .I then felt like my front end managers and store director assumed I was a liability at this point. Even when I had the accrued sick time and leg would get so sore and swollen and leaky the only remedy was to stay off it and elevate it. I was told that no one wanted to cover my shifts and I could not take the sick time here and there when needed. I requested split days off as to give my leg a break . I was being harassed consistently. I had an ulcer on my leg after a knee surgery. I hid the pain and discomfort from my employer in fear of loosing my job. After knee surgery company dropped my insurance. So I had no insurance. I disclosed the information pertaining to my leg to store director and told him I would be getting my insurance back and my accrued vacation approx same time and I would be seeking a doctor for my leg. Store was under construction and I tripped and fell on a hole that was made by construction workers. I let manager know that it was a problem and un be nounced to me a customer had tripped right before me. I was embarrassed but assured my boss I was okay. no paper work was filed. 5 days before my vacation was due I was falsely termed. I hired a lawyer and she dragged her feet for over a year with excuse after excuse and never once did anything but promise me demand letter and she would go to court for me. I fired her because she never kept her word. she took my money and after doing research found out that at the time she agreed to take my case she was suspended and now I have less than 30 days to do anything and I do not know what to do. Also the mangers of the store were face booking and putting things in local news paper to humiliate and embarrass me by saying I stole a 50 cent bottle of water. Untrue and I found out because friends and customers told me. Now I can not even get a job in this tiny town in which I am well known. Also I have been single for 14 and half years of my employment with said company and towards the end I started seeing another women and it was quite obvious that I was gay and now in a relationship and I was treated differently when this was now out in the open that I was a lesbian. So there are several things that made work unbearable but I loved my role and my customers that I have served for several years and I was devastated when I was called into the office and termed. Please help running out of time. I thought I could right a demand letter for my vacation pay and I would have to settle for that. Unsure of what I need to do Please help.
