What are laws in the state of Montana on receiving late payments from your employer?
My employer states in their handbook that my periods are on the 5th and the 20th of the month but I have never once gotten paid on time. To the point where it has cost me $240 in overdraft fees for automatic drafts that only totaled $110. Is paying me late legal? I have brought it to my employer and they say there is nothing they can do about it.
