Week of vacation promised be take away .?can that happen
i’ve been working for this company since 2011 I was promised my wages plus one week vacation I receive my one week plus service time accrued extra weeks as of one year you get one week but I got two years ..you get two weeks vacation but I received three but now when it became 2016 I was going to get four weeks of vacation but now they will not give me the extra week saying that it was a mistake . And that I should’ve not had the extra weeks previously..they are saying it should’ve been one year accrued not week . but I have paystub’s that shows I was getting extra weeks..
