Was My Relocation Agreement Voided

I signed a relocation agreement but then left the company due to many other circumstances. In the agreement it states:

"If Executive is required to reimburse COMPANY pursuant to this Agreement,Executive will do so in a lump sum payment on or before the last day Executive is employed by COMPANY and Executive authorizes and directs COMPANY to deduct amounts due COMPANY hereunder from any wages that would otherwise be due Executive"

I put in my notice by was walked out the door the same day. COMPANY still paid me for two (2) additional periods. They are now asking that I pay them the amount due. My question is, Is my contract voided since they did not deduct from my final two paychecks?
