Unemployment is investigating me at my on call job. It has angered my employer and may cost me myjob

I was first investigated when I was laid off from my full time job. I have been on countless interviews and filled out hundreds of applications for full time work. To show unemployment I am making an effort to do all I can, I have taken an on call position with a special events company (not even in my area of expertise which is construction superintendant). THey havent been busy enough for me to work more than once every few weeks. Now unemployment has contacted both the Las Vegas office of this company as well as the owner in the corporate San Francisco office (ironically during the funeral of another owner who recently passed away). It has irritated my on call company to the point where I believe they may not call me anymore! Is there any action I can take against unemployment for quite possibly costing me my only other source of income? I really need help because I am honestly constantly looking for work and when I work I honestly report every hour of it. I dont understand their constant investigations, especially since it has now made me look bad and they may not call me because of unemployment. (I think this because they have other employees in both NV and CA on unemployment and have never encoutnered the investigation that unemployment is putting them through. I am only event staff making barely over minimum wage and I dont want to lose my only income other than unemployment and I am desperately trying to get in for full time work. If unemplyment blows this for me, I want to know if I can take action against them for costing me my job?
