Under the direction of district manager, if an employee didnt clock out for lunch i know they took lunch or they didnt tell me that they didnt get their lunch break then i was told to clock them out. I have now been terminated for following the direction

Under the direction of district manager, if an employee didnt clock out for lunch i know they took lunch or they didnt tell me that they didnt get their lunch break then i was told to clock them out. I have now been terminated for following the direction given by my DM. I feel this is false termination. Please help
