Under our policy of sick use they can question the way you use it and ask for dr note. My complaint is can they ask me but did not ask my colleague and she blew through 80 days I only had 30

I wanted to use the rest of my sick time and vacation time before I am done with my job they required a dr note to do that and said that was policy I get that but a few colleagues did just that and needed no dr note and was never asked to provide one. I’m not questioning the policy but can they pick and choose who should follow the policy.
