False termination and hostile work environment?

Under The Direction of the Regional Manager/District Manager, If An Employee Didn't Clock Out For Lunch, the General Manager was directed to clock them out for that 30 minute lunch break. I only clocked them out if I Know They Took Lunch but didn't clock out Or They Didn't Tell Me That They Didn't Get Their Lunch Break as I Was Told To Clock Them Out. I Have Now Been Terminated For Following The Direction. My previous DM still has the email sent from the Regional Manager that gives this direction. Constant job threats for not following this direction. Please help I Need Advice?
