USPS employee within 90 day probation terminated for a wrongful outstanding warrent?

I was hired by the USPS 2 months ago as a PSE Clerk (Non-career.) I have excelled in my job & training, already completed my certifications & classes; and was going to be promoted to PTF (Career) as soon as my 90 day probation was up.

6 months before my employment in another state; I had some legal issues and had gone to court to take care of it. However, for some reason just a few days ago, another case was opened as contempt of court (saying I missed a court date) which I never have.

Today, very unexpectedly, my Postmaster handed me a form stating my "notice of seperatio during probation" stating "unacceptable behavior" based on an outstanding warrant that just showed up on my background (from this mixed up new case that was opened.)

I am speaking to the public defender who helped with the previous case to try to straighten this out; if I can get the warrant dropped asap, will I be re-instated into my previous position? Or will I get re-hired and placed in any available position? Or will I be ineligible for re-hire even though this was a mistake?

Please help!! I was making this a career! I loved it and put so much time and effort into my training! (My Postal union rep said there was t anything they could do for me since I'm still within my 90 day probation.)
