Transfer denials
I work for a very large company that has multiple contracted accounts.
I keep applying to job openings for these new accounts that pay more money. Im originally told I have the position, but then I get the run around and never get the position.
I have been told by the office recruiter that the Supervisor at my contracted site won't approve me transferring to another contracted account. but when I asked the Supervisor, they said it's not true. They never said this.
I keep missing out on advancement.
Is this legal? Do I have a case? What can I do?
