To remain employed, do I have to sign a non compete agreement?
I am reasonably sure that I did not sign or was presented with a non compete agreement when I was hired by my employer. Approximately 1 yr and a half later, I am now being approached by them saying that it was lost or disappeared from my file. What is my best recourse?
