Subway

I have been experiencing discrimination in the workplace. I called Subway corporate and they said they will not get involved.

I was hired on about 1 month ago. When I was hired on I was given the impression that my hours would increase as I worked there longer. They said they were only hiring on weekends and that they would let me know when they can give me more hours. New girl got hired on 2 weeks after me, she works weekdays and weekends even though I was hired on first. My hours went from 8 hours a week down to 2 a week. I find out that she never had an interview, doesn't have her food handlers permit and I have caught her making sandwiches without gloves and texting during work hours as I'm in the back washing dishes even though I'm allergic to the detergent. I can't tell the boss this because he hired her on because his wife was her nanny, so basically it’s their part time daughter. Subway messed up the schedule and told me I was only to work on Sunday. I show up to work and am told to go home because I didn't show up for work besides the fact I called up for my schedule and double checked. Now they are saying they can’t afford to have me working there anymore. Even though new girls hours keep increasing. I have also heard rumors that they are hiring on new people that are again related to or close to the boss. I have never done anything to deserve to be treated like this. I go above and beyond what the company asks of me. I feel this is very unfair. I’m a full time college student, I graduated at the age of 16 and I have bills from college, I’m trying to buy a car and when I explain this they ignore me. New girl is 19 and this is her first job, I have past experience in food and I have been working since I was 16.
I'm no longer interested in working for this company but I feel that this nepotistic behavior is wrong and unfair to future employees.
Again, I contacted corporate and they refuse to give me any advice.
