Okay I've had a problem with being late I can say that but the problem is so has everyone on this job I mean even when I first started in 2008 tardiness was norm because you could report to work 15 minutes before your run was to start so if you're run began at 6:45 you could get to work at 6:30 without getting in trouble and this is the basis I was brought in on and now I'm being punished off this basis
